Online payment is an additional OPTIONAL facility provided by us for convenience of our consumers. This facility is available at a nominal fee which is charged by service providers (and not by us). Traditional options of making payment at our collection counters in cash, Card Swapping and by cheque etc. are still available to the consumers without any service charges as before.

Part Payment of bill shall not be accepted. However, the consumers are at liberty to make advance payment once they have paid their current bill.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
